I user to use constant carol it was 0.50p back in the days and I’m telling if that eyeliner was still selling today in the same formula that would be any high end expensive eyeliner it gave you jet black sharp lines and the staying powerbonce it was on it wasn’t going anywhere easy to remove great brush price and it would stay on untill u removed it. about 7 years back I went to see if the same market still had any and I think I managed to find it so they have me what they had left I brought all and now they finished u can’t get them anymore. I’m so happy you did review on elf I will I will try wet wild soon I can’t find a good know more they all waste of money high end ones and very expensive I prefer the drug store ones or the one u get from a market stall.
